Ephesians 2:8-10   For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. (KJV)

Holy Spirit Indwells in You.  At the moment you Accept Jesus Christ as your Savior, the Holy Spirit enters your body (indwells within you, or quickens you).

Romans 8:11  But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you. (KJV) 

 1 Peter 3:18   For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit: (KJV)

Baptism by Full Immersion. Jesus was baptized by full immersion and so should you.  Not sprinkling or pouring water on babies or children to young to understand.

 Matthew 3:16   And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him: (KJV)  

Matthew 28:19   Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: (KJV).  

Luke 3:23   And Jesus himself began to be about thirty years of age, being (as was supposed) the son of Joseph, which was the son of Heli, (KJV).

Once Saved Always Saved  We believe that you can not lose your salvation and there is nothing to do to earn it. 

Ephesians 4:30   And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption. (KJV)

Ephesians 1:13-14    In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory. (KJV)

Not of Good Works  Many churches believe you have to provide a life of good works to maintain a place in Heaven.  No you do not.  Read again the first verse from above: Yes we are to do this but not to earn our way to Heaven, but to work to bring more people to the Lord so they can become saved.
